As of 2020, for those testing for Kyu ranks you will need to start filling out this fillable pdf and emailing it to Lothes Sensei BEFORE you test at: uncwaikido@gmail.com
FOLLOW BELOW DIRECTIONS FOR TEST APPLICATION PROCESS:

1) Click on fillable pdf below to open it.
2) You will need to download the pdf and SAVE it to your desktop, BEFORE FILLING OUT.
3) Then re-open it, fill it out, and save it to your desktop titled with your last name and rank testing for:
(If you are testing for 5th kyu it should look like this: Smith_5).
5) Email it to Lothes Sensei
If you try to just open it and fill it in before you initially SAVE IT to your desktop it will not save.
